Regulatory Affairs Officer

Ausnutria is looking for a

Regulatory Affairs Officer 

to support our ambitious growth plans within the global infant nutrition arena.

In this role you are responsible for the local compliance of product, label as well as production and timely notification of products that are marketed by Ausnutria B.V.

You develop and ensure the execution of Ausnutria’s regulatory affairs strategy and policies. Advising internal stakeholders and customers and developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and authorities, in line with short and long-term business needs, to ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and Ausnutria’s strategic objectives can be realised.

Other tasks and responsibilities: 

• develop and maintain in-depth knowledge from (infant) food and ingredient legislation;
• ensure compliance of composition, labels, production and off-pack marketing communication;
• follow all relevant and inform internal stakeholders;
• supply guidance on implementing new and changed legislation.

As a person you are:

A creative thinker, well-developed business acumen and able to communicate and work at all levels. You have a solution and result oriented mindset and have an eye for details. You have a strong drive and a high energy level and love to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving business environment.

Your profile:

• bachelor or master in Food Technology or Science, Human Nutrition, Health & Nutrition, Biology or equivalent discipline; 
• excellent communication in English;
• (broad) knowledge of food legislation from global perspective as well as for EU;
• effective time management and prioritization skills. 
• understanding of strict regulations for infant nutrition.
